The way this one works is that you select the tool first found on the home tab sheet metal group. Click the create relief tool button on the sheet metal ribbon tab. Small hole size in sheet metal requires smaller size punching tool which may leads to break during the operation. It is recommended that the diameter of the hole should be equal or more than the thickness of the sheet metal.

The corner tab lets you override default parameters in the sheet metal styles dialog box. Select a hard edge bend face flange face or 3d solid entire model. You can specify the corner relief shape for a 2 or 3 bend corner. Choose create relief in the sheet metal menu.
