Renault Megane Convertible Roof Wont Open

I have a renault megane dynamique convertible 2004 2ltr.

When i try and open the roof the boot starts to open on one side only offside the other side of the boot trys to open so the hydraulic ram is working but the release catch in the boot does not release. Renault megane cabriolet roof broken. The roof on my megane won t open and the garage say that there is not enough pressure in the unit to operate the hydraulics. Refill the the reservoir halfords do the hydrolic fluid for them then you need to re set the roof mecanism after opening and closeing.
