Hi this is video explaining how to change remove replace door panel so you could get to window switch in 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 hyundai sonata. Look for the screws and covers in. Process is similar for passenger side door less connectors. Use a torx t20 screwdriver to remove them and pull the speaker out of the inner door panel.

Remove the quadrant inner cover and the rear view mirror. Remove the front door trim panel. The oem door speaker is held in place by four torx screws. You will have to remove the outside handle and slide the white plastic connection to the latch out of the slots in the door module.

Here is a link to the door trim removal tools at amazon. Four t 20 screws removed. Insert a trim panel remover between the trim fasteners and the door trim panel to pry off. I haven t looked at the rears but they will be very similar.
